Cauliflower Rosemary Soup recipe

Break up the cauliflower in pieces dip in olive oil and put on an oven tray sprinkle the rosemary over. Roast in over in 200 degrees until golden brown put in a pot with water almost covering them and mix to a smooth soup. Heat up for a few minutes and take off cooker to add the creme fraiche. Add stock cube, more rosemary salt and pepper to taste.
