Cook the chargrilled vegetables as per packet instructions. Add the stock to cous cous and cover. Combine all ingredients and top with bbq sauce.

I got my Tesco Chargrilled mediterranean vegetables free to trial from Tesco as an Orchard member. They can be found in the frozen aisle.

  • 1/2 can drained chickpeas
  • 300g Tesco chargrilled mediterranean vegetables
  • 250ml chicken or vegetable stock
  • 4tbsp bbq sauce or red pesto
