I first had this dish when my husband and I visited some relatives for dinner- I was really impressed at how quickly it appeared on the table from scratch!- My kind of cooking!!

Pre heat oven to 180c Place milk cheese and mustard in shallow ovenproof dish and mix together. Add chicken breasts and spoon milk mixture over. Place in oven and cook for approx 35 mins.Add washed tomatoes randomly and place back in oven for a further 10 mins until golden brown. Serve with rice or crushed new potatoes and favourite vegetables.Squash tomatoes with back of serving spoon and mix with liquor in dish to make a little sauce.

I make this as a quick family meal or as a dinner party main dish substituting some cream for part of the milk . It tastes delicious and looks amazing - with no effort!. Using the low fat milk and cheese obviously means a lower fat content but it tastes just as good and very nutritious. Enjoy!!
