I baked my first set of Cookies for my hubby on his birthday , who loves munching cookies anytime . He loved these ghee cookies a lot and said to make it very often .

Ghee must in liquid form . Mix in ghee , yogurt ,Honey, Maida , Salt , Sugar and Coconut to a soft dough .You can more ghee if needed for kneading . Keep is aside for 20 mins.

Meanwhile , preheat oven to 200 deg c for 15 minutes . Once done , roll small balls of dough and flatten it .Coat it with coconut and place them in a greased baking pan.

ake for 20 minutes . Check it out , by pricking it with a knife whether it is still sticky or done .

Once done , switch off the oven and remove the cookies to a plate and allow it to cool .

Quantity of the ingredients can be adjusted accordingly. The aboid said measurements are for 10-12 cookies only.
