These small tarts are very good for sharing at street parties.
Roll out pastry. Cut into 12 rounds 8 cm in diameter pastry disc.
Line the pastry in the 12 holes cup cake baking tin.
Combine the corned beef, peas, onion milk and beaten eggs together. Place a tablesppoon of corned beef filling into each of the pastry case.
Bake in the oven for 15minutes at Gas mark 6 / 200C/400F until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top of the tarts before baking to enhance the flavour. chopped mushroom can also be added.
