Slice the mushrooms, onions and grate the nutmeg.
Put pasta on to boil. In a large frying pan put oil and fry onions, when soft add the onion. When the pasta is soft, add the single cream to the onion and mushrooms, then add the grated nutmeg. Drain pasta and fold into the creamy mushroom mix, serve on bed of spinach with garlic bread.
Make sure you heat the cream carefully and slowly so it doesn't burn.
