saucepan of cold water, add spagehetti broken in half to the pan add a pinch of salt. bring to the boil and then simmer until spaghetti is soft. while that is cooking make the sauce.

add 1 tbsp of veg oil to a large saucepan, when hot add chopped onion, when onion is soft add the mince, once mice has browned add salt, pepper and the paprika and mix it in. add tomato puree and garlic mayo and mix it in. add chopped tomatoes and red leicester cheese and mix it in. add the pasta sauce, mix in and let simmer for about 10 mins.

finally drain the spaghetti and add to the sauce making sure it is thoroughly mixed in and all the spaghetti is covered, then serve and sprinkle the tesco value grated cheese on top.

  • 325g tesco lean steak mince
  • 400g tesco chopped tomatoes (tin)
  • 142g tesco tomato puree (tin)
  • 500g tesco pasta sauce with mushrooms
  • 125g tesco red leicester (grated)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 dsp paprika
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 2 squirts tesco garlic mayo
  • teaspoon salt
  • half teaspoon pepper
  • 2 handfulls tesco value grated cheese
