Easy slow cooker beef casserole recipe

With its fuss prep this hearty casserole is great to come home to after a busy day.

Layer chopped vegetables in slow cooker.

Add beef and ready fried onions

Mix Worcestershire sauce,tomato puree,mustard,flour,and crumbled stock cubes to a paste.Stir in 400mls hot water and add to slow cooker.

Add rosemary then cover and cook whilst at work on high for 8-10 hours.Serve with fresh creamy potato mash.

  • 2 roughly chopped carrots
  • 1 roughly chopped parsnip
  • Half roughly chopped swede
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tablespoon Tesco Tomato Puree
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Plain flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ready fried onions
  • Seasoning Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 beef stock cubes
  • 400mls hot water
