Easy stir fry recipe

This is a quick easy recipie that serves everyone in our house. It is quite basic as different people don't like different ingredients ie mushrooms, noodles etc but this dish is easily adapted to suit your needs or taste

Place chicken wings in a lidded ovenware dish with a light spray of oil plus your choice of seasoning. I have used Cajun powder. Toss the ingredients around to get the chicken nicely coated. The lid will help the chicken to marinate

While the chicken is in the oven, empty the contents of the stir fry veg into a large wok on a low heat, I don't use oil to fry this dish but you can do so if you wish, I find the sauce works just as well and if you stir continuously it shouldn't stick Add in the sweetcorn and stir about for a minute or two before adding your choice of sauce. I am using a tesco sweet chilli pouch 180g

Continue to stir making sure the sauce is evenly distributed still maintaining the low heat

Once the veg is thoroughly cooked through I portion it out into large bowls, then add the cooked chicken wings on the top

You can also buy the season and shake bags that maggi do but as I am using the whole pack of chicken wings I'd probably wouldn't have enough seasoning in that for our liking You can also add noodles to your stir fry but my household prefers this dish without

  • Approx 180g Your preferred stir fry sauce
  • 800g pack Fresh chicken wings
  • 10g or so Choice of seasoning for the chicken wings
