Free From Veggie Spag Bol recipe

Add 250ml of boiling water to 250g dry soya mince and leave to soak.

In a pan, fry one chopped onion and half a chopped garlic clove until soft.

Add 150g sliced mushrooms and fry until browned.

Add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes, 2 table spoons of tomato puree, four pinches of Italian mixed herbs and salt and pepper, bring to the boil.

Add soya mince and simmer.

Cook Tesco Free From spaghetti according to pack instructions (plus I find adding a little olive oil to the water stops it sticking).

Combine the two and serve!
