fresh fish pie recipe

Put the fish in an ovenproof dish and cover with milk cook for 20 mins on 200

Boil the eggs for 10 mins and potatoes for 20

Make the parsley sauce

When cooked drain off excess meilk from the fish and flake it well

Peel and chop up the boiled eggs and add to the fish

Pour over most of the parsley sauce and mix well

Mash the white potato and add to the top of the fish

Mash the sweet potato and use fo make a pattern on top

Put in the oven on 200 for 20 minutes and whilst cooking boil so e peas

Serve witht the extra parsley sauce

You can add extra herbs or spices such as paprika or extra fish ingredients such as prawns. I use a mix of cod, salmon and smoked haddock.
