Gluten & Dairy Free Banana Bread recipe

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a tin.

Cream the butter and sugar together.

Add eggs one at a time and carefully mix.

Sieve flower and baking powder into bowl a little at a time and fold in.

Mash bananas and add into mixture, stirring well.

Pour the mixture into the tin and put into the oven until golden brown.

  • 250g doves farm gluten free flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 115g pure olive spread
  • 115g Brown sugar
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 4 fairtrade bananas
