This dish looks lovely and is perfect sharing starter, match with a medium bodied red wine.
Remove camembert from all its packaging and with a sharp knife make a deep cross in the surface of the cheese. Spear surface of cheese with sprigs of rosemary to taste.
Loosely wrap the whole camembert in foil and place on a baking tray. Place baking tray with camembert in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 25 minutes.
Cut 2 thick slices of bread and lightly toast. Cut into small strips to dip into the camembert. Remove camembert from the oven serve immediately in the foil and use the toasted bread to dip into the gooey cheese.
