i had the opportunity to try some fish for free thanks to being part of the orchard programme so whilst browsing the fish counter and fresh fish aisle i saw the hot smoked salmon and thought it would be great for a really quick healthy dinner after work.

pre heat oven to 180c and lightly oil a baking tray.

place salmon on oven tray and cover loosely with foil and cook for 20 minutes

whilst fish is cooking, prepare the veg and steam the cauliflower, carrots and asparagus for 8-10 minutes according to taste

add the spinach and peas to the steamer in the last 3 minutes

microwave the Uncle Bens Express Quinoa Tomato And Basil for 2 minutes

serve when fish is cooked

if you are tight on time, cant be bothered to prepare veg you can get some great frozen steam fresh bags of veg
