Cut and separate mango pulp.

Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend till smooth.

Serve cold.

Dont add all the water in at one go, add little by little. A lot rides on the thickness of the yoghurt.Do not use Greek yoghurt for this recipe.It is far too strong in flavour.
