I am not that keen on potatoes so try all other veg instead to replace. For example if i'm having spaghetti Bolognese then I will use shredded cabbage instead of the pasta. I love veg.

Peel and chop potatoes, carrots and parsnips. Place all but two carrots into a pan and boil. The other two carrots need to be cooked with the sprouts.

Place the onions and mince into a frying pan. Sprinkle with oxo cube. Splash on the worcestershire sauce. Fry until mince is brown.

Add the sweetcorn and tomatoes to pan and simmer.

Mash the potatoes, parsnips and carrots and add butter to taste.

Place mince mixture into a heatproof dish. Top with the mash mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and grill until melted and browning.

Cut into portions and serve with the Brussels sprouts and carrots and some gravy to taste.

Try and chop all pieces to the same size so will cook evenly and make them easier to mash.
