Through trial and error, we found a simple alternative to the usual sauce...

Fill a saucepan with water, add a little oil and a pinch of salt, and bring to boil. Prepare the sauce by adding a little oil to the frying pan. Chop the chilli into very small bits and add to the oil.

Crush the garlic clove and include, giving a couple of minutes to allow the flavours to be released!

Add the mince to the pan, reducing the heat slightly. Whilst the meat is browning, add a little Worcester Sauce to compliment the flavour.

Once the mince is ready, throw in your ingredients to make the sauce (or use a pre-made alternative), and mix with the mince.

Add one Knorr vegetable stock pot and mix in.

By this time, the pasta should be ready for draining. Remove the saucepan from heat, and prepare the plates!

Serve up the pasta, add the bolognese sauce, compliment with a little sprinkling of cheese and enjoy :)
