Put the apples and 1tbsp sugar into a bowl with 2tsp water and microwave on High for 2 mins.
Put the oats into another bowl with the milk and microwave on High for 2 mins.
Stir the remaining 1tbsp sugar into the porridge. Serve topped with the stewed apples, some blackberries, a spoonful of pistachios and the the yogurt.
Add the blackberries to the apples to cook, if you prefer them softened.
