Put berries, yoghurt, banana, oats and the juice of half an orange into blender or smoothie maker.
Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the orange juice if it‘s too thick, then blend again for another few seconds.
The smoothie turns out thicker and tastier if some of the ingredients are frozen - chop a few bananas up in advance and freeze them, or use frozen berries. The oats make it more filling - great for breakfast. Play around with the proportions of ingredients - everyone has different preferences (I make my smoothies so thick I need a spoon to eat them!).
