Prepare the Red Mullet (Skinned and Boned) Lightly Oil, and season with spices.

Bake fish for 25mins in oven

Chop veg and boil in a large pan. (15mins)

Blend Cherries to create a dipping sauce.

Add any spice to change the flavour! :) Veg can also be changed to suit.

  • 3 Baby new potato
  • 1 carrott
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1tsp cajun spices
  • 10 cherries
