Rum and Ginger Banoffee Pie

Place 2 slices of ginger cake on a large plate, pour rum over the ginger cake and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

Arrange the banana slices around the ginger cake and drizzle the sweetened condesed milk over the banana slices. Decorate with piped whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy!
