Sage and onion pork recipe

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Rinse the pork and generously coat in flour, then coat the floured pork with the egg, making sure that the whole surface is wet. Finally coat the steak with the dry stuffing mix.

Heat the oil and butter on a medium heat and fry both sides of the meat until golden brown, about 2minutes on both sides. Once browned transfer the meat to the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Serve with your favourite vegetables and home made apple sauce.

Tip: I usually buy a pack of 5 pieces of pork, as the stuffing mix will cover this, and then put them in the freezer.
