Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
To make the crumble, add flour, sugar and butter into a mixing bowl. Crumble the mixture together with your hands until it is small breadcrumb size pieces.
Put the crumble to one side whilst you make the filling.
To make the filling; slice the bananas and lay them in the bottom of the oven proof dish. Slice the pear (you can choose to take the skin off if you wish) and lay it on top of the banana.
Sprinkle 2 table spoons of sugar over the top of the filling. Sprinkle the crumble across the filling, try and make it as even as possible. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with custard, ice cream or cream.
