Peel & chop (cube) the butternut squash and onion and roast for aprx 20mins.
When squash ready, warm the puy lentils as instructed on pack.
lay handful of spinach leaves on plate. Combine the lentils, squash and onion and lay over Spinach leaves.
crumble over feta and drizzle with balsamic
