Summer Fruit Pie recipe

I am recovering from a lung transplant so do not eat cakes etc. But this cheat feels OK. Fruit and Tesco Reduced Fat Crème Fraiche gives me a lift from the normal meals.

Slice Banana and layer to cover pie base.

Halve and mix Strawberries with Raspberries. Stir in the Crème Fraiche until all fruit is smothered.

Pour fruit into base over Banana.

Break flake into small pieces and sprinkle over pie.

Cool pie and serve cold

Put in Freezer for 20 - 30 mins before serving.
