True Greek tzatziki with dill recipe

Peel and shred the cucumber, removing the seeds. Salt the cucumber and set aside.

Remove the stalks from the dill and chop. Stir the dill and cucumber into the yoghurt with and season with salt. Stir in olive oil and the juice of one lemon.

Serve with warm pitta bread.
