Waffles with English rapberries, peaches and yoghurt

The Orchard at Tesco‘s Berries Programme let me try Tesco‘s English Raspberries for free so I teamed them with my husband‘s favourite brunch of waffles to create this recipe - yummy!

Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl

Slowly add egg and milk, whisking continuously until you have a smooth batter.

Pour some mixture into your pre-heated waffle iron and leave to cook until golden.

Meanwhile wash raspberries and peach. Cut peach into bite size pieces

When the first 2 waffles are done transfer to a plate and spoon on half the yoghurt.

Top with half the raspberries and peach.

Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey. Serve.

Repeat with rest of mixture, topping with remaining yoghurt, fruit and honey.
