These cookies are reall crumptious. They are really nice to give to riend as presents.

Rub butter and flour with an elelctric whisk till it form fine crumbs. Add in sugar and salt.

Add in beaten to make a soft dough. Tune the dough out on a flour board. Roll out fairly thinly. Use a 5 cm biscuit cutter and cut into 30 rounds.

Transfer the cookies onto baking trays. Press the chocolate chips on to of the cookies. Bake the cookies in oven gas 4/ 180C for 10 -15 minutes till straw brown in colour. Leave to cool.

Dark chocolate chips can also be used.

  • 150g butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1/2 egg (beaten)
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
