Windy pie recipe

Dice the onions, quarter the mushrooms and fry in a pan. When ready place into a large casserole dish. Slice, then fry the sausages and add to the casserole dish. Then add the beans and peas/sweetcorn, mixing everything well.

Boil the potatoes, then mash and spread on top of the mixture, topping with cheese.

Bake on gas mark 7 for approx 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve when ready.
