mix all ingrediants in a bowl together dont worry about lumps they will go so dont over stir it.

leave overnight in fruidge

remove from fridge 3 hours before cooking. give it a little stir

use a 12 muffin cake tin. Add veg oil to each container and put in a hot oven (240 degrees)

pour in the mix to each container and place back in the oven for approx 25 mins. Remove when done and serve immediatly

dont over work the mix, it stops the yorkies from rising
