Dark chocolate brandy truffles recipe

Heat cream and butter until simmering point.
Pour over broken chocolate in bowl and combine thoroughly until chocolate melted.
Stir in brandy.
Chill for 4 hours.
Shape into balls and roll in dark drinking chocolate.
