Mix mascarpone cheese with lemon zest, icing sugar and a little whipping cream.
Break meringues into crumbs.
Wash the raspberries and strawberries. Process the raspberries with a little icing sugar to make a sauce.
Add the cheese mixture, meringue crumbs and fruit in layers into a sundae dish or glass. Drizzle over the raspberry sauce - enjoy!
Use shop bought meringues to make this really easy.
