deep fried parsnips... recipe

wash , peel and slice the parsnip in to chunk

mix all the above ingredient into 1 big bowl along with parsnip, if needed all a little water but the mixture must be thick.

in a deep frying pan add sunflower oil for deep fry let it heat and then fry these on a high-medium heat batch by batch till they get crispy and golden from outside

on a serving plate make a bed of coriander leaves and sliced onion on top. Put the fried chunks on top accompanied with some hot chilli sauce or ketch up.

Serve while hot....enjoy:)

  • 2tbsp sesame seed
  • taste salt to taste
  • 2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 chopped green chilli or paste
  • 1/2cup Rice flour
  • 2tbsp Corn flour
  • 2clove garlic paste
  • 2“inch ginger paste
  • 1 tomato puree
  • 1/3 yougurt
  • 250-300 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
