wash , peel and slice the parsnip in to chunk
mix all the above ingredient into 1 big bowl along with parsnip, if needed all a little water but the mixture must be thick.
in a deep frying pan add sunflower oil for deep fry let it heat and then fry these on a high-medium heat batch by batch till they get crispy and golden from outside
on a serving plate make a bed of coriander leaves and sliced onion on top. Put the fried chunks on top accompanied with some hot chilli sauce or ketch up.
Serve while hot....enjoy:)
