Beat the whipping cream in a large bowl until softly peaking.
Carefully combine the cream and yogurt.
Spoon the mixture into four glass dishes. Sprinkle over the sugar.
Chill for at least an hour; longer if possible.
Serve with your favourite kind of wafer.
This is the easiest dessert in the world to whip up if you're in a hurry but want to impress.
You can lower the fat content by using 0% fat Greek yogurt instead of the full fat version.
