Heat oil in pan and brown sausages until cooked. Drain any excess oil from pan.

Combine all other ingredients with the water to make a sauce. Add to sausages and stir until sauce begins to boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 10 mins.

Serve with either a potato, sweet potato mash or on a bed of steamed rice with vegetables.

  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
