put the marg,sugar,eggs,flour,bicarb and cocoa in a large bowl and beat together until smooth.using a metal spoon fold in the sour cream,spoon the mixture into muffin cases. bake in a preheated oven 180c/350f for 20 mins or firm to touch.transfer to a rack to cool. to make the frosting melt chocolate whisk in caster sugar and sour cream until combined.spread frosting over the tops of cup cakes,set in fridge before serving.sprinkle chocolate curls on top to decorate.
