Fill a sterilised jam jar with 50g (2oz) grated plain chocolate and top with 100g (3½oz) plain chocolate broken into pieces. Decorate with a cinnamon stick or two. Store for up to 3 months in a cool dark place.
To make the drink, put 25g (1oz) chocolate (mix of grated and chunks) in a mug and pour over 2 tbsp boiling water. Stir to a paste, then whisk in 200ml (7fl oz) hot full-cream milk. Add whipped cream, marshmallows and a short piece of cinnamon stick, if you like.
