This is my quick and easy recipe--works for lunch or dinner.
Place the duck slices in a dish and mix with the oil, soy sauce, garlic and herbs.
In a wok, heat the oil and then stir-fry the marinated duck, onion, vegetables, chilli, soy sauce and garlic for a few minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and the shallots and stir fry for two more minutes to heat through.
Serve in a warm bowl.
Do not overcook duck. 1-5 ingredient is for marinade and 5-12 is for stir fry.
