First finely chop the onion, mushroom and garlic.
Heat a large frying pan with the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes until the onion goes clear.
Crumble the minced beef into the pan and cook until browned, then add the tin of chopped tomatoes as well as the passata.
Stir well whilst also adding the Italian seasoning, oregano and worcester sauce (vary to taste)
Cook until boiled and the turn down and leave to simmer for around 10-15 minutes
Put the Tesco Finest dried bucatini into a pan of boiling water with a dash of oil and cook for the time stated on the packet. Once the pasta is cooked it is ready to serve.
