Start by boiling some water in a pan and cooking the pasta according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, saute the onion in the oil, when soft add the ham broth and margarine and heat through. When the pasta has cooked, drain using a sieve and add to the mixture.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and reserve only the yolks. Pour the egg yolks in with the pasta and stir until the pasta is well coated. Carry on stirring until the eggs are cooked, becareful not to cook for too long or else the eggs will start to scramble.
Sprinkle with parsley and cheese and mix together then serve.
