Pre-heat oven to 190.
Roll out puff pastry big enough to cover each chicken breast.
Place a chicken breast on top of a piece of pastry and top with a knob of flavoured butter.
Pull up the sides of the pastry to meet and ensure it is sealed.
Brush pastry with beaten egg.
Place on a greased tray and bake for 30 mins until the pastry is golden brown.
