A really easy recipe but it's the simple pleasures that make life better ;-)
1. Whip the yoghurt or cream with an electric mixer until it firms stiff peaks.
2. Fold in the fruit but leave a few for decoration.
3. Crush the meringues but make sure you have a mix of small and larger pieces to add to the texture.
4. Spoon into individual dishes and add remaining fruit and top with sifted icing sugar.
