Easy Healthy Parsnip Soup recipe

Peel and chop parsnips.

Simmer parsnips, spices, 1 stock cube, water in a pan or soup maker for 20 minutes

Blend and taste. You may like to add more water, milk, stock cube and seasoning.

Separate into single portions and freeze. Make 4 healthy lunches to reheat in microwave!
