when my husband and I met we both had our own way of doing pancakes, we combined both our recipes and had lots of tasting sessions till we found this, the perfect pancake recipe!
combine all the ingredients and mix until air bubbles start to appear and all the flour is combined. cover in cling film and put it in fridge for 30 minutes (overnight is even better.) Once the misture has rested in the fridge, warm a pan and spray with cooking oil or a little butter. add a ladel of mixture to the pan. Once air bubbles appear throughout the pancake, flip or if not confident turn using a spatula or second warm pan. once brown on both sides serve immediately and enjoy.
Best served with fresh fruit.
