easy peasy blueberry jam recipe

Put the berries into a pan with the water, and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until the berries have burst and released their juices

Add the sugar, stir until completely dissolved and then boil for 10 more minutes

Pour into sterilised jars, allow to cool, then cover and chill until set
