Empty the yoghurt into a bowl.
Then use the same yoghurt pot to measure and add:
1 carton of vegetable oil
3 cartons of self raising flour
1 carton of caster sugar
Add 3 beaten eggs.
Mix well and put into muffin cases. Push some fruit into the mixture - eg blueberries, raspberries
Bake at 180C for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
