With its fuss prep this hearty casserole is great to come home to after a busy day.
Layer chopped vegetables in slow cooker.
Add beef and ready fried onions
Mix Worcestershire sauce,tomato puree,mustard,flour,and crumbled stock cubes to a paste.Stir in 400mls hot water and add to slow cooker.
Add rosemary then cover and cook whilst at work on high for 8-10 hours.Serve with fresh creamy potato mash.
