Clean the strawberries & cut them in half.
Spread a thick layer of the Creme Anglaise in the bottom of the ready made sweet flan case.
Arrange the strawberries neatly on top of the Creme Anglaise.
Heat up a couple of large spoons of strawberry jam in a saucepan. It is easier to spread when it is warm. Spread the jam carefully over the top of the strawberries as a glaze.
Chill the fan in the fridge. Add clotted cream if you want to just before serving.
