Easy Tomato Gigli Pasta

I needed a quick and easy meal to cook with ingredients I had at home. You can adapt this recipe to what ever you have at home.

Pour Olive Oil into sauce pan, lightly fry onions and garlic.

Put a pan of lightly salted water onto boil for your pasta.

Cut bacon into bit size pieces and fry with the onions and garlic. Then add mushrooms, passata, oregano.

Cook the the passata sauce on a simmer for 10 mins until the sauce is nice and thick. Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 5-7 mins.

Once pasta is cooked add that to your tomato sauce with a little of the pasta water and stir together. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
