I am retired nurse and believe that good presentation makes a meal far more enjoyable, even salads
Boil egg for 10 mins and leave to cool in cold water
Arrange salad leaves on a plate
Slice cucumber thinly and arrange around edge of plate
Space tomatoes around plate
Drain tuna and arrange in centre of salad leaves
Peel and slice the egg thinly and arrange around tuna
Arrange anchovies lengthways from the centre
Arrange olives around the leaves
Drizzle with salad dressing
Ideal for a filling and healthy lunch or main meal. Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated.
